Myanmar has four strange characters. They are forms from semi-vowels.Also can be called semi-consonants when it combine with consonants. These four characters are Medial Ya, Medial Ra, Medial La, Medial Ha. These four character render from Virama+Ya, Virama+Ra, Virama+La, and Virama+Ha. Medials ra has Special when it meets with double width consonants.

Some times, they combine each other and formed new glyphs.
For Example,


Medials Ra has the different glyph when it meets with Vowel sign I, Vowel sign II and Vowel sign Ai.
